The Garden Decor Center will always attempt to ship your order immediately. It can take up to 3 business days to process your order, not including weekends and holidays.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
As we ship from various warehouses across the country, shipping times may vary and arrive separately depending on different products ordered.
When you checkout, shipping charges, if applicable, will be applied.
All international orders may be subject to border fees which will be applied to your credit card.

All returns must be
-received new
-unused
-undamaged
-unassembled
Please make sure all original packaging is included ie. hardware, parts or instruction manuals.
If packaging is slightly damaged, please make note when signing for parcel.
All parcels must be signed for, as, parcels have been known to be stolen from the front porch.
Products that are damaged or missing parts must be reported within 4 days of Receipt.
