A nonpareil weed slicer.Our Half Moon Hand Hoe is a pattern popular in Europe and the Far East. The 7/16 inch diameter shank is bent into a swan neck shape to bring the blade into a position almost parallel with the ground. Combined with its very sharp edge this alignment makes the tool excellent for weeding. It's not much of a dirt mover, though. The blade is attached to the shank at its center so this tool can be used effectively by both right andleft handers.
